Growing up in Lebanon, Vicki was surrounded by her family, friends, and wonderful food. She learned how to prepare traditional Lebanese dishes, melding spices and distinctive ingredients to create tastes of heaven! Now Vicki would love to share her creations with you so that you too can experience authentic Lebanese cuisine the way it should be.

It's All About Fresh Food!

The Lebanese cuisine and the deli meats are made fresh on-the-premises. Fresh falafel, fresh hummus, fresh Baba Ganoush, and other Lebanese treats, plus fresh pastrami, fresh corned beef (and corned beef hash), and fresh turkey.

Because Vicki serves fresh food, she prepares it in smaller batches than other restaurants or delis. Call Ahead to make sure you don't have to wait. Ask about our daily specials. You can also pre-order take-out containers, such as our popular fresh hummus, or order larger combo or party platters.

Located in the heart of Medford Square, Oliver Deli is a private company in business since 2005, with an ever-growing loyal customer base who love the freshly-prepared food, the portions, and the customer service. Since 2011, Vicki has introduced Lebanese-Middle Eastern cuisine and is also doing business as (dba) Chickpeas.
